Welcome! I created this page of resources because it's something I wish I had found when I began my journey to Optimal Health & Happiness in 2012. There is a lot of conflicting information on the internet and sorting through it all, quite frankly, was a complete pain in the ass. I could fill endless pages with the sheer volume of what I've 're'-learned about health, nutrition, disease and longevity since then.

Below you'll find what I feel will give you the best information to get you started without overloading your will to move forward. You will watch documentaries, visit websites, read books and learn from clinicians, scientists, nutrition experts, public figures, and world-class athletes who understand the importance nutrition and lifestyle play in our overall wellbeing.* All of them have recognized that most of our leading chronic illnesses can be prevented, effectively managed and even reversed when you adopt a Whole Food, Plant-based Lifestyle. We don't just talk about it. We LIVE it!

* I do not have any affiliate programs nor do I make any money from any of the links I provide on this site (oh2.life). I share this information because I am passionate about the real-world implications of this material and the science that supports it. And yes, I now have a bias. This Shit Saved My Life when the traditional mindset and practices failed me. Perhaps they've failed you as well?

Documentaries

I cannot recommend highly enough that you watch each of these documentaries. They will help prepare you mentally and emotionally for the journey you are about to begin. In fact, I've watched them more than once and I would encourage you to do the same. You are here because you know there has to be a better way to live. A way to be healthy, feel and look better, and to have the energy of your younger self again. Your mind is open. Now feed it what it needs to know. The real, unfiltered science. The Truth!

Websites & Podcasts

I could populate this entire site with links to websites & podcasts that were (and are) instrumental in my Plant-Based transition and education. Here are some of my favorites. And remember, sometimes it's about more than just the food. (in no particular order)
